These terms govern every order placed with Hair N' Bloom Extensions & Co. They exist to protect our stylists, our supply, and the integrity of the brand behind the chair.
Hair N' Bloom products are intended solely for licensed hairstylists, salons, and approved beauty professionals. Hair N' Bloom reserves the right to request cosmetology licenses, salon information, social media / business verification, and tax or resale documentation when applicable.
To access professional pricing, customers may be required to create and verify a professional account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or permanent removal from future purchases.
Products may not be sold through public marketplaces, sold through social storefronts without written approval, repackaged, relabeled, or represented as Hair N' Bloom products if mixed with another brand. Unauthorized resale may result in termination of purchasing privileges.
All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Hair N' Bloom reserves the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, or cancel suspicious transactions. Orders may take up to 20 days to be fulfilled from the date of purchase.
Hair N' Bloom currently ships to the United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not accept international orders at this time. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange on any unopened item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition — hair attached to the cardboard backing, in the plastic sleeve, and hand-tied wefts bundled with the original elastic tie and tag. Opened, installed, colored, toned, washed, altered, or damaged products are non-returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Report any suspected factory defect within 7 calendar days of purchase through your dashboard, including your order number and photos or video of the issue. No refunds or exchanges are given for normal color fading or hand-tied weft ends that become untied or unraveled after installation.
Results may vary depending on installation method, previous hair history, chemical services, maintenance, and care. Hair N' Bloom cannot guarantee results if products are improperly installed, altered, or maintained outside recommended guidelines.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs and to understand how visitors use this site. This may share information about your visit — such as pages viewed and actions taken — with Meta Platforms, Inc.
