Your Pro Stylist Checklist
A simple, step-by-step guide to getting onboarded with Hair N' Bloom. Check items off as you go — your progress is saved on this device.
- Step 01
Submit your Pro application
Apply on our site with your cosmetology license, salon details, and contact information.
Have a clear photo of your active license ready. Applications are reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days.
- Step 02
License verification
We verify your license with your state board to confirm trade eligibility.
You will be notified by email once verification is complete. No action needed on your end during this step.
- Step 03
Watch for your approval email
Approved stylists receive a welcome email from Hair N' Bloom with next-step instructions.
Be sure to check spam/junk and add hello@myhairnbloom.net to your safe senders.
- Step 04
Sign in to your Pro Portal
Visit the Pro Portal and sign in (or create your account) with the email you applied with to access trade pricing.
Use the magic-link or password option. Your Pro Portal unlocks wholesale pricing, order history, and reordering.

Place your first order
Browse the collection, build your order, and check out securely at your Pro pricing.
Orders ship from our studio within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email.

Book an education class
Sharpen your install with hands-on classes led by Veronica Ortega and our education team.
Class seats are limited. Reserve early and bring your kit — full prep details are emailed after signup.
- Step 07
Grow with the Bloom community
Tag us on Instagram, refer fellow stylists, and unlock loyalty perks as you grow.
Ask your rep about referral credit and seasonal volume rewards.
