    We can place a custom order for any length, color, or product currently out of stock. Tell us what you need below and our team will reply with availability and a Stripe invoice for payment.

    Fulfillment timing

    If the item isn't in stock, special orders take at least 20–25 days to be delivered once payment clears. US and Puerto Rico shipping only.

    • All special orders are final sale — non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom-sourced for you.
    • A Stripe invoice will be emailed once we confirm availability. Production begins only after payment is received in full.
    • Reserved for licensed stylists and salons. We ship to the US and Puerto Rico only.
